Ingredients:
• 1 cup – Milk
• 1 cup – besan
• 1 cup – water
• 1 cup – pure Ghee
• 3/4 cup – Sugar
Method:
- Take ghee in a pan then add besan and fry for 4-5minutes.
- Then add milk. Roast it till it gets brown. Heat water and sugar together.
- Now, add this syrup in the pan and stir it till it leaves the pan’s sides.
- Halwa is ready to eat. You can garnish it with grated dry fruits.
