Ingredients:

• 250 g – cooked Rice
• 1 bottle – chilled water
• 1/2 – ginger, finely chopped
• 1/2 cup – Curd
• or 2 tbsp – Lemon juice
• salt as per taste
• Curry leaves

Method:

  1. First put cooked rice in a bowl and add some chilled water. Add curd or lemon juice according to your choice. Add chopped ginger, salt and curry pata.
  2. Your Orissa delicacy is ready to eat.
  3. Serve it with any kind of bhaaji and onion
