Ingredients:

• 1 cup- Besan
• 1 cup- Ghee
• 1 cup- Coconut grated
• 1 cup- Milk
• 3 cups- Sugar
• 1/4 tsp- Cardamom powder (optional)

Method:

  1. Heat milk in a pan and add sugar. When sugar melts, add coconut gratings and cardamom powder.
  2. Add besan and roast for 2-3 min.
  3. Add ghee and keep stirring till the mix doesn’t stick to the bottom.
  4. T+AD30ransfer contents to a greased plate and let it cool.
  5. Cut into square pieces and serve.
