Ingredients:
• Chicken – 1 kg
• Curd – 200 g
• Onions (sliced)- 2
• Tomatoes (sliced)- 2 or 3
• Kalonji – 1/2 tsp
• Jeera – 1/2 tsp
• Rai – 1/2 tsp
• Methi – 1/2 tsp
• Red Chilli powder – 1 tsp or according to your taste
• Green chillies as required
• Coriander leaves, chopped for garnishing
• Salt to taste
• Oil – 3 tbsp
Method:
- Wash the chicken pieces.
- Mix all the ingredients except oil, tomatoes and coriander leaves.
- Marinate the chicken pieces for about one to two hours.
- Heat oil in a saucepan, add the marinated chicken and sliced tomatoes and cook until chicken is tender.
- Garnish with chopped coriander.
