Ingredients:

• 4 cups – thick Coconut Milk
• 2 mangoes, peeled, chopped
• 1 cup – jaggery, melted
• 2 bananas, sliced
• 1 tsp – Cardamom powder

Method:

  1. Melt jaggery fully in cold coconut milk.
  2. Add fruit and cardamom powder.
  3. Chill before serving.
  4. Cubed honeydew melon can also be used but by itself.
