Ingredients:
• 500 g – Raw Mango
• 40 – red chillies, roasted
• Salt to taste
• 2 sprigs – Curry leaves
• Mustard for seasoning
• 1 tsp – Fenugreek seeds, roasted
• 1 tsp – mustard seeds, roasted
• Asafoetida
• 1.5 tbsp – oil
Method:
- Cut mango into small pieces and grind them.
- Add red chillies, mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds, salt and grind coarsely and keep aside.
- For seasoning:
- Heat oil in a pan, crackle mustard seeds, add curry leaves, hing and pour into the chutney.
- Serve with hot rice, roti, dosa, etc.
