Ingredients:

• 500 g – Raw Mango
• 40 – red chillies, roasted
• Salt to taste
• 2 sprigs – Curry leaves
• Mustard for seasoning
• 1 tsp – Fenugreek seeds, roasted
• 1 tsp – mustard seeds, roasted
• Asafoetida
• 1.5 tbsp – oil

Method:

  1. Cut mango into small pieces and grind them.
  2. Add red chillies, mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds, salt and grind coarsely and keep aside.
  3. For seasoning:
  4. Heat oil in a pan, crackle mustard seeds, add curry leaves, hing and pour into the chutney.
  5. Serve with hot rice, roti, dosa, etc.
