• 1.5 tbsp – Ghee
• 1 tbsp – Wheat flour
• 1 cup – water
• 1.5 cup – Milk
• Sugar to taste
- Heat ghee in a pan.
- Add flour; roast flour stirring continuously, over low fire.
- When flour is a light golden brown, and exudes strong aroma, add water.
- Stir continuously to avoid lumps and bring to a boil.
- Add milk and sugar.
- Bring to boil and allow to boil for 2 minutes.
