Ingredients:

• 250 g – baby Potatoes
• 50 g – mustard dal
• 1 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1/4 tsp – Amchoor powder
• 1/4 tsp – cumin powder
• 1/4 tsp – Mustard oil
• Salt as per taste

Method:

  1. Boil the potatoes, peel and cut.
  2. Heat mustard oil in a pan and when it smokes, remove from heat.
  3. Add the potatoes and all the spices. Mix well.
  4. Achaari aloo is ready.
