Ingredients:

Method:

  1. Wash bhindi and wipe dry. Now cut the bhindi length-wise from the middle.
  2. Grease a non-stick tawa.
  3. Place the bhindi pieces on it.
  4. Sprinkle 1 tbsp oil and mix well.
  5. Spread the bhindi in the tawa and grill for 8 minutes.
  6. Mix lightly and grill for 2 more minutes.
  7. Now, in a small bowl put 2 tbsp oil and all the achaari spices.
  8. Microwave for 2.5 minutes.
  9. Now add the achaari spices to the bhindi and all the remaining ingredients.
  10. Mix very well.
  11. Microwave for 5 minutes.
  12. Serve hot with roti or rice.
