Ingredients:
• Badam – 175 g
• Sugar – 350 g
• Ghee – 175 g
• Coconut – 1/2 scraped
• Kesar – to taste
• Cardamom
• edible Camphor – 1
Method:
- Blanche the badams remove its skin.
- Make a fine paste of it in a mixer
- Make sugar syrup and add badam paste.
- Then, add coconut and ghee.
- Stir well and add kesar and cardamom.
- Transfer the contents to a greased plate.
- Let cool and cut into pieces.
