Ingredients:
• 500 g – Potato
• 4 – red chilli, whole
• 2 – chopped Onion
• 3 – green chillies, sliced
• one bunch – Coriander leaves
• 5 g – Ginger Garlic paste
• 2 tbsp – Mustard oil
• 1 tbsp – Turmeric powder
• salt to taste
Method:
- Boil aloo, mash and keep aside.
- Heat oil and add red chilli
- After crushing, add chopped onion and sliced green chilli. Saute till it turns light brown colour.
- Add ginger garlic paste and salt. Saute and add mashed potato.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
