Ingredients:

• 500 g – Potato
• 4 – red chilli, whole
• 2 – chopped Onion
• 3 – green chillies, sliced
• one bunch – Coriander leaves
• 5 g – Ginger Garlic paste
• 2 tbsp – Mustard oil
• 1 tbsp – Turmeric powder
• salt to taste

Method:

  1. Boil aloo, mash and keep aside.
  2. Heat oil and add red chilli
  3. After crushing, add chopped onion and sliced green chilli. Saute till it turns light brown colour.
  4. Add ginger garlic paste and salt. Saute and add mashed potato.
  5. Garnish with coriander leaves.
