Ingredients:
• 2 – boiled Aloo
• 1/2 bunch – dill leaves (finely chopped)
• 2 tsp – coriander (finely chopped)
• 1 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1 – Onion (finely chopped)
• 1 tsp – Ginger Garlic paste
• 2 tbsp – Rice flour
• 2 tbsp – gram flour
• salt to taste
• oil to deep fry
Method:
- In a bowl, mash boiled aloo and add chopped dill leaves, coriander, finely chopped onion, red chilli powder, salt, ginger and garlic paste, rice flour, gram flour and mix it nicely.
- Apply oil on your hand, take aloo mixture and make round balls.
- Deep fry in hot oil until golden brown.
- Drain and serve with chilli sauce or tomato sauce.
