Ingredients:

• 1 – large Potato
• 1 cup – Curd
• 1 – onion, finely chopped
• 1 – green chilli, slit
• 1 tsp – coriander leaves, finely chopped
• 1/4 tsp – Cumin seed powder
• 3/4 tsp – Sugar
• 2-3 pinches – black salt (optional)
• Salt to taste
• 1 tsp – oil

Method:

  1. Boil the potatoes and cube them.
  2. Add chopped onions, green chilli, cumin seed powder, salt, sugar and black salt.
  3. Pour in the curd. Mix well and chill it.
  4. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
