Ingredients:

• 4 – potatoes, big (boiled)
• 5 – Tomatoes (finely chopped)
• 5 – Onions (finely chopped)
• 2 tbsp – Garlic paste
• 1 tbsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1/2 tbsp – Turmeric powder
• 2 tbsp – Garam Masala powder
• 1 tbsp – Lemon juice
• 3 tbsp – Corn flour (or toast powder)
• 1 tsp – Green chilli paste
• Coriander leaves for garnishing
• 1/2 tsp – Sugar
• Salt to taste
• Oil

Method:

  1. Take boiled and mashed potatoes.
  2. Add salt, lemon juice, corn flour, garam masala powder, green chilli paste. Mix it well.
  3. Make a small, round tikki and press it.
  4. Heat the oil in a pan and shallow fry all the tikkis. Keep aside.
  5. For Gravy:
  6. Heat a pan and put 2 to 3 tsp oil.
  7. Add garlic paste, onion and let it be fried till golden brown.
  8. Add tomato and make gravy. It should be cooked well.
  9. Add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, sugar, garam masala powder and cook it for 5 minutes.
  10. Put 2 to 3 tikkis in a bowl, add gravy and garnish with coriander leaves.
  11. Serve with paratha, naan and roti.
