Ingredients:

• 10 Chicken wings
• 1 stick – Butter
• 1/2 cup – Hot sauce
• 3 tsp – Soy sauce
• Salt and pepper to taste.
• Oil to deep fry.

Method:

  1. Clean the chicken wings and cut the tip.
  2. Take oil in a deep vessel and fry the chicken wings till they become light brown.
  3. As soon as you take it out, put the wings on a paper towel and drain the oil.
  4. Add salt and pepper to it.
  5. In another vessel melt the butter, add soy sauce, hot sauce and mix well for 3 to 4 minutes.
  6. Then add these wings.
  7. Mix everything until they are well-coated in sauce.
  8. Remove from flame and wait till butter and sauce sticks to the wings.
  9. Then serve with blue cheese dressing or ranch dressing.
