Ingredients:

• 1 – Raw papaya (medium size)
• 1/3 cup – masoor dal
• Cauliflower leaves and stems, Bottle Gourd peels (optional) – 1/2 cup
• 1/3 tsp – baking soda
• 5-6 pods – Garlic
• 3-4 – Green chillies
• Mustard oil as needed
• salt to taste

Method:

  1. Heat little oil in a pressure cooker.
  2. Add crushed garlic pods and green chillies.
  3. Cut and add papaya, masoor dal, soda, salt, soda and other vegetables, and mix well.
  4. Add 2-3 cups of water and cook for 2 whistles.
  5. Add a tsp of mustard oil.
  6. Serve with warm rice.
