• 2 medium – apples
• 3 medium – Cucumber
• 1 medium – Beetroot
• Lemon juice, a few drops


  1. Grate apples coarsely along with the peel and transfer into a bowl.
  2. Similarly grate cucumber and beetroot and add to the apples.
  3. Add lemon juice and mix everything well together.
  4. Transfer onto a muslin cloth and squeeze out the juice into a fresh bowl.
  5. Pour into individual glasses and serve chilled.
