Ingredients:

• 8 – Mint leaves
• 8 – Ginger juliennes
• 1 sachet – white Sugar
• 45 ml – gin
• 60 ml – Apple juice

Method:

  1. Muddle the mint, ginger and sugar together in a shaker.
  2. Add the gin and apple juice with 4 cubes of ice.
  3. Shake well and serve in a chilled rocks glass over a quart of crushed ice and apple juliennes.
