Ingredients:

• 2 cups flour (maida)
• 3 apples, peeled, chopped
• 1 tbsp – raisins, soaked in water, drained
• 1 tsp – Lemon juice
• 1/2 tsp – Cinnamon powder
• 3/4 cup – Sugar
• 2 eggs, beaten
• Milk as needed
• Ghee
• A pinch of salt
• Vanilla ice Cream

Method:

  1. Cook apples, raisins and sugar with lemon juice till soft and pulpy.
  2. Add cinnamon and cook till dry. Remove.
  3. Mix flour, beaten eggs and enough milk to make a batter.
  4. Beat well and add a pinch of salt.
  5. Grease a griddle.
  6. Pour one ladle of batter.
  7. Spread into a thin round.
  8. Cover and cook. Open.
  9. Put a spoon of apple filling in the centre and roll over from both sides.
  10. Remove to a platter.
  11. Cook all pancakes like this and serve cold with ice cream.
