Ingredients:

• 4 – kobus (Lebanese bread)
• 2 tbsp – Olive oil
• 3 tbsp – Hummus (from any Lebanese supermarket)
• 1 tsp – tahini (from any Lebanese supermarket)
• 1/2 cup – Olives green/black for garnish
• 1 – medium Green chilli
• 1/2 tsp – Lime juice
• Salt – to taste

Method:

  1. Dip:
  2. In a plate, spread hummus mixed with tahini and pour olive oil over it to glaze it.
  3. Spread a few black or green olives over the hummus.
  4. Garnish with a crushed green chilly, pour a little lime juice for taste, and sprinkle some salt to taste.
  5. This can be used like a dip, and eaten with khobus.
