Ingredients:
• 8 Chicken wings
• 25 ml – garlic, chopped
• 25 ml – Sugar
• 80 ml – Tomato sauce
• 80 ml – chilli sauce
• 10 ml – soy sauce
• 10 ml – Oyster sauce
• 80 ml – water
• oil for deep frying
• salt to taste
• For garnishing:
• Lettuce leaves
• sliced Tomatoes
Method:
- Deep fry chicken until golden brown, then set aside.
- Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a pan.
- Add garlic and stir-fry for a few minutes until golden brown.
- Add all the sauces, water, sesame seeds and chicken wings.
- Continue to stir fry for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Serve with lettuce and sliced tomatoes.
