Ingredients:
• 1 bunch – Asparagus
• 1 tsp – mustard
• 1 tsp – Cumin seeds
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 2 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1 tsp – Urad Dal
• 2-3 – Garlic Cloves
• 1/2 cup – Curd
• salt to taste
Method:
- In a large skillet, heat a little oil.
- Add mustard, cumin seeds, turmeric powder, dried red chilli or red chilli powder, urad dal, and finely chopped garlic.
- Add asparagus (cut into 1 inch pieces) and fry until tender but not too soft.
- Turn off and allow it to cool a little.
- Add curds and salt to taste.
- Enjoy as a side dish.
