Ingredients:

• 3 cups – Poha (flattened rice)
• 1 cup – Jaggery
• 1 cup – fried Channa dal
• 4 tsp – Ghee
• 1 tsp – elaichi
• 1 tsp – dry Ginger powder

Method:

  1. Heat a pan, add ghee and poha and fry till brown.
  2. Take jaggery and make thick syrup
  3. Add poha, fried channa dal, elaichi powder and after some time make small balls.
  4. Can be served as snack in lunch box.
