Ingredients:

• 1 cup white- puffed Rice
• 1 /2 cup -coconut grated
• 3/4 cup- granulated Sugar
• 5 spoonful – Milk
• Cardamom
• 1/4 cup -ghee

Method:

  1. Take the puffed rice and heat it in a fry pan. Stir well.
  2. Cool it for 5 minutes.
  3. Grind aval, coconut, sugar & cardamom in a mixie.
  4. Take a kadai (big one) heat it and add ghee to it.
  5. When the ghee is hot, add the ground ingredients and stir well.
  6. Stir for 3 minutes.
  7. Add milk to this and stir well for another 2 minutes.
  8. Turn off the gas after 5 minutes, shape it into lemon sized balls.
