Ingredients:
• 1 liter – Milk
• 1/2 cup – Sugar
• 1/4 tsp – Cardamom powder
• 1 cup – leftover baati pieces
Method:
- Either crush baati with hand coarsely, or chop into tiny cubes.
- Heat milk, bring to a boil, simmer for 10 minutes.
- Add baati, simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add sugar, stir to dissolve.
- Add cardamom powder, stir, simmer for 2 minutes.
- Serve hot as a meal by itself.
