• 6 – Baby Corns
• 1 cup – Maida
• 1 cup – Corn flour
• 1 tsp – Pepper powder
• Salt to taste
• Oil to fry
- Cut the baby corn into thin long pieces.
- Mix maida, corn flour, pepper powder and salt to make a thick batter.
- Dip the baby corn in the batter and deep fry in oil.
- Serve hot with tomato sauce.
