Ingredients:

• 6 – Baby Corns
• 1 cup – Maida
• 1 cup – Corn flour
• 1 tsp – Pepper powder
• Salt to taste
• Oil to fry

Method:

  1. Cut the baby corn into thin long pieces.
  2. Mix maida, corn flour, pepper powder and salt to make a thick batter.
  3. Dip the baby corn in the batter and deep fry in oil.
  4. Serve hot with tomato sauce.
