Ingredients:
• 50 g – Almonds (chopped)
• 250 g – sweetened condensed Milk
• 250 g – chocolate powder
• 200 g – khoya
• 1/2 tsp – vanilla essence
• 2 tbsp – Butter
Method:
- Melt butter in a pan.
- Add chocolate powder first, then the sweetened condensed milk and mix well.
- Grate khoya and gently mix to the ingredients of the pan. Add in the almonds.
- Add 1/2 tsp of vanilla essence and stir well.
- Grease the pudding mould, pour the mixture into it and let it cool.
- Keep in the refrigerator for two hours and serve.
