Nutritious and delicately flavored milk with cardamom and nuts
3 glasses chilled or warm milk (Measure with Serving Glass)
1 cup blanched and de-skinned almonds
1 cup pistachios (pista)
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder
2 teaspoon cardamom powder
2 tablespoon kevada essence (optional)
2 teaspoon rose water
1 teaspoon dry almond juliennes for each glass
Sugar to taste
1. Grind almonds and pistachios to a smooth paste in a blender.
2. Now add milk, sugar, cardamom powder, cinnamon powdor, kevada essence, rose water and blend well.
3. Garnish with almonds on top in each glass and serve chilled/ warm.
