• For the White Sauce:
• 5 tbsp – Butter
• 5 tbsp – flour
• 5 cups – Milk
• salt and pepper as per taste
• Others:
• 250 g – macaroni
• 200 g – Corn
• 1 tbsp – oil
• 1 tsp – Butter (for greasing the baking dish)
• 5 cubes cheese (grated)
• salt to taste


  1. Boil the corn with little salt till tender.
  2. Boil the macaroni in sufficient water with a tbsp of oil and little salt till done.
  3. Drain the water and keep aside. Prepare the white sauce.
  4. Add the macaroni and corn to the white sauce and mix well.
  5. Grease a baking dish. Pour the mixture into the greased baking dish.
  6. Evenly spread grated cheese on top.
  7. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180 degree C till the cheese turns golden.
  8. Serve hot with tomato soup and garlic bread.
  9. For the White Sauce:
  10. Lightly heat butter in a non-stick pan.
  11. Add flour and saut1.5 on a low flame till golden.
  12. Gradually add milk and stir continuously to avoid lumps.
  13. Cook the sauce on a medium flame, stirring all the time till you get a little thick consistency.
  14. Remove from fire and add salt and pepper. Keep aside
