Healthy and sweet milk shake with banana
4 glasses milk (Measure with Serving Glass)
3 bananas peeled and sliced
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon cardamom powder
1/2 cup crushed ice
1 teaspoon dry almond juliennes for each glass
1. Put all ingredients in a blender.
2. Blend until smooth and froth appears.
3. Pour into serving glasses.
4. Garnish with almonds on top in each glass and serve chilled.
