Ingredients:

• Green Banana – 1
• Onion – 1
• Green /Red/Yellow pepper – 1
• Mint leaves – 4 tbsp
• Parsley leaves – 4 tbsp
• Origanum – 4 tbsp
• Coriander leaves – 4 tbsp
• Salt to taste
• Green chilli – 3-4
• Besan flour – 1/2 cup
• Rice flour – 3 tbsp
• Oil for frying

Method:

  1. Grate the bananas and boil in salt water for about 2 minutes.
  2. Chop and mix coriander leaves, parsley leaves, mint leaves, oregano, pepper, onion and green chillies.
  3. Add salt.
  4. Add the boiled bananas to the mixture and mix well.
  5. Add the besan and rice flour and mix again.
  6. Prepare small balls from the mixture and pat them with your fingers. Fry them golden brown.
  7. Serve hot.
