Ingredients:
• Green Banana – 1
• Onion – 1
• Green /Red/Yellow pepper – 1
• Mint leaves – 4 tbsp
• Parsley leaves – 4 tbsp
• Origanum – 4 tbsp
• Coriander leaves – 4 tbsp
• Salt to taste
• Green chilli – 3-4
• Besan flour – 1/2 cup
• Rice flour – 3 tbsp
• Oil for frying
Method:
- Grate the bananas and boil in salt water for about 2 minutes.
- Chop and mix coriander leaves, parsley leaves, mint leaves, oregano, pepper, onion and green chillies.
- Add salt.
- Add the boiled bananas to the mixture and mix well.
- Add the besan and rice flour and mix again.
- Prepare small balls from the mixture and pat them with your fingers. Fry them golden brown.
- Serve hot.
