Ingredients:

• 4 – Raw bananas
• 2 – grated Onions
• 1/4 cup – Coriander leaves
• 1/4 cup – Coconut
• 4 to 5 – Curry leaves
• A small piece of Ginger
• 1 pinch – soda
• Salt as per taste
• Garam Masala
• Chilli powder

Method:

  1. Boil bananas and remove its skin.
  2. Add all the other ingredients.
  3. Mix with water and make a dough.
  4. Now roll it into rotis and shallow fry it.
