Ingredients:

• 3 – Raw bananas (peel)
• 3 – Green chillies
• 6 – 7 – Garlic
• 2 tbsp – oil
• 1/2 tsp – Kalonji
• Haldi
• salt

Method:

  1. Boil the peels. Grind along with green chillies, garlic, salt and haldi.
  2. Heat oil. Fry the kalonji.
  3. Add the paste and fry till all the moisture is evaporates.
  4. Serve with paratha.
  5. It can also be eaten as a spread on sandwiches.
