– 200 gm wheat flour
– Salt to taste
– 2 tablespoon coconut (grated)
– 10 gm poppy seeds (khus khus)
– 100 gm butter
– 10 gm ajwain
– 2 tablespoon oil
How To Make?
Step 1: Take a bowl and add wheat flour, oil and water and make a dough. Keep aside for half an hour.
Step 2: Now, take a dough and divide it in an equal part.
Step 3: Now, add some ajwain and grated coconut and roll andamp; rub dough on board and make a round paratha from it.
Step 4: add some grated coconut and poppy seeds on this paratha and again roll it.
Step 5: Bake a paratha in oven for 2-3 minutes.
Step 6: Add butter on the paratha and serve hot with green chutney or aachar (pickle).
