Ingredients:
• 1 liter Milk
• 2 tbsp – Yoghurt
• 1/2 tsp – vanilla essence
• 2 pears, peeled, chopped, sprinkled with Lemon juice
• 1 apple, peeled, chopped, sprinkled with Lemon juice
• Sugar to taste.
Method:
- Heat milk and thicken till only 3/4th of its quantity is left. Cool. When lukewarm, add sugar, yoghurt and vanilla essence.
- Arrange chopped fruit in a bowl and pour cooled yoghurt mixture over it. Leave to set in a warm place for 6 to 8 hours.
- When set, chill till needed.
- Serve very cold, with a sprinkling of finely crushed ice all over.
