Ingredients:
• Chicken wings – 8
• Flour – 1 cup
• Egg – 1, lightly beaten
• Celery stalk – 1 tbsp, finely chopped
• Garlic – 1 tsp, minced
• Red Chilli sauce – 2 tsp
• Oil to deep fry
• Pepper to taste
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Mix all the ingredients together except the chicken wings and oil.
- Add enough water to make a batter of coating consistency.
- Dip chicken wings in the batter and deep fry in hot oil.
- Serve with garlic dip.
