Beef Curry With Curds

Ingredients:

• 1/2 kg – Beef, undercut cut Meat and wash
• To grind:
• 6 Cloves – Garlic
• 1/2 inch – Turmeric
• 1 tsp – Jeera/ Cumin seeds
• 1 tsp – Coriander/ Dhania
• 8 – Dry Red Chillies
• 1 – Medium Onion
• 5 gms – Salt
• 1 cup – Curds
• 1/2 – Medium onion, sliced
• 2 tbsp – Ghee
• 200 gms – Potatoes, boiled

Method:

  1. Marinate the meat with salt, curds and ground masala for half an hour.
  2. Fry onion, with ghee and add the meat and cook.
  3. Add boiling water to the curry and simmer for 15 minutes.
  4. Add boiled cubed potatoes and salt.
