Ingredients:
• 1/2 kg – Beef, mince
• 1 – Medium Egg (beaten)
• 1 bunch – Coriander leaves (kothmeer), Minced
• 1/2 bunch – Mint leaves (pudina), minced
• 10 Cloves – Garlic, minced
• 2 – Medium green chillies, minced
• 1/2 inch – Ginger, minced
• 2 – Medium onions, minced
• 2 tbsp – Lime juice
• 1 cup – Bread crumbs
• Pepper powder
• Salt
• 1/2 cup – Cooking oil
Method:
- Wash and drain the ground beef mince.
- Mix all of the ingredients in it the beef mince and make into cutlet shapes.
- Add salt and pepper powder to taste.
- Dip in the beaten egg and then roll in bread crumbs.
- Fry on both sides, till done.
