Ingredients:

• 250 g – sweet Curd
• 2 – raw Beetroot
• Salt as per taste
• 1 tsp – chaat masala
• 1 cup – Coriander leaves

Method:

  1. Peel and chop the beetroot into small pieces.
  2. Soak these pieces in 3 cups of water for 15 mins.
  3. Once the water turns red, add it to the curd.
  4. Add salt, chaat masala and coriander leaves to the curd and water mix.
  5. Mix well with the hand mixer and serve.
