• 250 g – sweet Curd
• 2 – raw Beetroot
• Salt as per taste
• 1 tsp – chaat masala
• 1 cup – Coriander leaves
- Peel and chop the beetroot into small pieces.
- Soak these pieces in 3 cups of water for 15 mins.
- Once the water turns red, add it to the curd.
- Add salt, chaat masala and coriander leaves to the curd and water mix.
- Mix well with the hand mixer and serve.
