Ingredients:
• 1 – beetroot, medium sized
• 2 or 3 – Green chillies
• 1/2 cup – Coriander leaves
• 1/4 tsp – Mustard Seeds
• 1 pinch- of Asafoetida
• Juice of half a Lemon
• Salt to taste
• 1 tsp – oil
Method:
- Remove the skin and grate the beetroot.
- In 1 tsp oil, roast mustard and asafoetida.
- Grind green chillies, salt and coriander leaves with mustard seasoning and grated beetroot coarsely.
- Mix well and add lime juice.
- Serve with idli, dosa or variety rice.
