Ingredients:
• 1- Beetroot
• 1 – Onion (medium-size)
• A few springs of Coriander leaves
• 1/2 cup – Curd
• Oil for tempering
• 1 tsp – Mustard Seeds
• 2 – Red Chillies
• Curry leaves
Method:
- Beat the curd.
- Add grated beetroot & chopped onions to it.
- Add salt & sugar to taste.
- Temper with mustard seeds, red chillies and coriander leaves roasted in oil.
- Serve with chapatti or jowar roti.
