Ingredients:

• 1 big beet root
• 1 cup – curds
• For Masala:
• 1/4 cup – mustard powder
• 1 Green chilli finely chopped
• 1 tbsp – chopped Coriander leaves
• 1 tbsp – Mint (pudina) chopped
• salt to taste

Method:

  1. Cut the beet root into 4-5 large pieces.
  2. Partially boil with water.
  3. Peel off the skin and grate finely.
  4. Add the grated beet to the beaten curd.
  5. Add all the remaining masalas.
  6. Chill and serve.
