Ingredients:
• 1 big beet root
• 1 cup – curds
• For Masala:
• 1/4 cup – mustard powder
• 1 Green chilli finely chopped
• 1 tbsp – chopped Coriander leaves
• 1 tbsp – Mint (pudina) chopped
• salt to taste
Method:
- Cut the beet root into 4-5 large pieces.
- Partially boil with water.
- Peel off the skin and grate finely.
- Add the grated beet to the beaten curd.
- Add all the remaining masalas.
- Chill and serve.
