Ingredients:
• 1 cup – grated beet root
• 1 tbsp-ghee
• 1 litre-milk
• 1/2 cup- Sugar
• 12-cashew pieces
• 1 tsp -elaichi powder
Method:
- Heat ghee on a pan, add grated beetroot and stir beetroot till it becomes soft.
- Add boiled milk in beetroot mixture then cook it till it becomes thick.
- Add sugar, elaichi powder, cashew pieces, cook till mixture becomes thick
- Decorate with cashew.
