Ingredients:

• Milk – 1 glass
• Egg -2
• Bread pieces – 4 cups
• Sugar – 4 tbsp
• Cashew nuts – 1 tbsp
• Kismis – 1 tsp
• Ghee – 1 tsp
• Vanilla essence – 2 drops

Method:

  1. Beat milk, egg and sugar.
  2. Put the bread pieces into it and add fried cashew nuts and kismis in ghee.
  3. If required, add a little vanilla essence.
  4. Smear ghee in a medium sized bowl and empty this mixture into it.
  5. Keep the lid closed and steam for 15 mins.
