Ingredients:

• Fried moong dal – 1 cup
• Fried and salted groundnut – 1/2 cup
• Onion – 1 (medium size, finely chopped)
• Carrot – 1 (small, grated)
• Lemon – 1/2
• Sev – 1/2 cup
• Chat masala – 1 tbsp
• Red Chilli powder – 1/2 tsp
• Coriander leaves for garnishing
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Mix the fried moong dal, groundnut, onion and grated carrot.
  2. Sprinkle salt, chat masala and red chilli powder.
  3. Add lemon juice.
  4. Top the mixture with sev and garnish with coriander leaves.
