Ingredients:
• Fried moong dal – 1 cup
• Fried and salted groundnut – 1/2 cup
• Onion – 1 (medium size, finely chopped)
• Carrot – 1 (small, grated)
• Lemon – 1/2
• Sev – 1/2 cup
• Chat masala – 1 tbsp
• Red Chilli powder – 1/2 tsp
• Coriander leaves for garnishing
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Mix the fried moong dal, groundnut, onion and grated carrot.
- Sprinkle salt, chat masala and red chilli powder.
- Add lemon juice.
- Top the mixture with sev and garnish with coriander leaves.
