Ingredients:
• 3- bell peppers, any colour
• 100g – peanuts, dry roasted and ground
• 2 tbsp – sesame seeds, toasted
• 1 tsp – chilli-ginger-garlic paste
• 2 tsp – oil
• 1/2 tsp – Cumin seeds
• 1/2 tsp – Mustard Seeds
• 1/4 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1/2 ts p – coriander powder
• 1/2 tsp – Garam Masala
• Salt to taste
• 1/2 tsp – Sugar
• 1 tsp – Lemon juice
• Cilantro to garnish
Method:
- Dry roast peanuts and sesame seeds until golden.
- Let it cool and grind to a coarse powder.
- Chop peppers into cubes.
- Heat the oil in a pan, add mustard seeds and cumin and let them splutter.
- Add the bell peppers and quickly saute them.
- Add the ground mixture, chilli-ginger-garlic paste, garam masala and salt.
- Stir well and add sugar.
- Cook on medium heat for 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
- Sprinkle with lemon juice and serve garnished with cilantro.
