Ingredients:

• semolina – 2 cups
• Sugar – 1 cup
• Ghee – 2 tbsp
• Small Cardamom – 1/2 tbsp, powdered
• Grated Coconut – 1

Method:

  1. Heat ghee in a pan, add semolina and fry it till it turns light brown. Keep aside.
  2. Make 1 string sugar syrup and add cardamom powder.
  3. Put the pan on fire again, add coconut and sugar syrup.
  4. Add all the ingredients and stir it till it starts forming lumps.
  5. Cool it a little, then put it in the moulds and make different shapes.
