Ingredients:

• 1.5 cups – Corn kernels
• 1/2 cup – Besan
• 1/2 cup – Coconut powder
• 2 – Green chillies
• 1/2 tsp – Jeera
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Coarse grind the corn kernel in the mixer and chop the chillies.
  2. Now combine the besan, coconut powder, green chillies, jeera powder and salt with the ground corn.
  3. Now mould the mix into desired shapes.
  4. Heat oil in a kadai and deep fry until brown.
  5. Serve hot with sauce.
