Ingredients:

• 1 cup – Milk
• 1 cup – besan
• 1 cup – water
• 1 cup – pure Ghee
• 3/4 cup – Sugar

Method:

  1. Take ghee in a pan then add besan and fry for 4-5minutes.
  2. Then add milk. Roast it till it gets brown. Heat water and sugar together.
  3. Now, add this syrup in the pan and stir it till it leaves the pan’s sides.
  4. Halwa is ready to eat. You can garnish it with grated dry fruits.
