Delicious and sweet ladoos made with besan
4 cups gram flour (besan)
1 1/4 cup pure ghee (clarified butter)
2 cups sugar
1 teaspoon cardamom powder
1/2 cup chopped almonds and pistachios (pista)
1. Heat ghee in a pan.
2. Add gram flour and fry it over medium heat stirring continuously until brown.
3. Once done, keep aside to cool.
4. Add powdered cardamom, sugar and mix well. Add chopped almonds and pista.
5. Shape into round balls (ladoos) using your hands and serve.
Cooking time: 1 1/2 hours
